Stereophile columnist, recording engineer, and CD producer John Marks will be our guest speaker. John's talk will be entitled "My Favorite Things". Demo tracks will include takes and outtakes from the "Pipes Rhode Island" organ survey project, as well as favorite test tracks and obscure stuff from all over. The event will start with a reception with food and refreshments; there will be door prizes and a raffle. The store will be open at 2 PM, so come early, enjoy the refreshments, and socialize. Components from Chord, Hansen Audio, Sonus Faber, and Harbeth Loudspeakers (www.harbeth.co.uk) will be featured. You do not have to be a BAS member to attend.
