BOSTON AUDIO SOCIETY
July 2009 Meeting

Date: Sunday, July 19, 2009
Time: 6:00 PM
Place: Boston University, Life Science & Engineering Bldg, 24 Cummington St, 1st Floor Conference Room (Room 103), Boston, MA 02215, (617) 271-6588

Featured Product & Guest: The ZVOX PhaseCue system, Winslow Burhoe

Topic: A system that creates three-dimensional, room-filling sound in one box.

According to Burhoe, the PhaseCue system generates a very wide sound stage for music -- with the right program material it sounds like you're listening to speakers eight feet apart from each other. It is a rich, three-dimensional virtual surround effect, idea for surround sound TV viewing and equally applicable to listening to most surround sound formatted material. Burhoe will describe how the system creates the big "out of box" sound effect all in one box. www.zvoxaudio.com
