1.  A judge in Urbana Ohio meted out punishment of 20 hours of enforced listening to Bach and Beethoven to one Andrew Vactor for playing his rap music too loudly. Sadly, the defendent failed to last more than 15 minutes of his sentence and opted to pay a fine of $150 instead. BBC Music Magazine, Nv08
