1.  At T.H.E. show, Wadax, based in Madrid, Spain, demonstrated the Pre1-Phono, a phono preamplifier and A/D D/A convertor that digitizes the sigal at 24-bit/96kHz resolution and performs RIAA in the digital domain. The Pre-1Phono then sends data obtained via a test LP to Madrid by the Internet. After analysis Wadax sends back compensatory information that is loaded onto a chip in the preamp. After that any LP played automatically gets phase and frequency correction before its signal is converted back to analog.
