The following are a few of the CES highlights they will report on:

1. LEDs supplying the backlight for both LCD and DLP screens

4. King Audio (Chinese) introduced a fantastic sounding 6' tall electrostatic speaker, $6000.00
5. More tubes and turntables than previous CES shows
6. Shallow (not deep) Sony SXRD rear projector set
7. Smyth Research demonstrated a new technology for headphone listening
whereby the sound remains in front irrespective of your head/torso position

The weather was great this year, all sun and 60 degree temperatures!
There will be an extended Open Forum for members to share their audio and video experiences. Also the usual table of freebies.
