We now have TWO methods to join. Our usual old skool method — you download the PDF: print it out, fill it out with a pen, and snail mail it, along with your check, to:

For you tech peeps that ONLY want to do everything electronically:

1) DOWNLOAD the PDF.

You can now directly fill out the PDF IN the Adobe reader.  
However it WON'T display correctly in SOME browser PDF viewers - you won't be able to see the check marks.
