Topic/Activity: End of Year Wrap-up, Google Groups, BAS President position ‘Open’ for you, and no August Meeting

Since 1972, the BAS has provided educational information for our audio community. Since there is traditionally no August meeting, this assembly will serve as our annual wrap-up session and Open Forum.

1. Nick Noiseux is leaving as President of the BAS. He has served us well for 5 years. His departure opens a huge gap in our consortium. All in attendance are asked to nominate or stand in to be our next president.
2. Nick will provide more information on the Google community group I/O software package as an Audio Forum for the BAS.
3. Web master needed.
